You can't ad on this site w/o a personal website or an ad on an escort mall like backpage.  You can post an ad on TER once every 7 days on your local regional ad board.  Read the self help center, all the guidelines for posting ads on TER are in there.

The OP CAN POST AN AD on the Regional Ad Board of her choice WITHOUT A REVIEW.

Read the TER Instructional Manual which is pinned to the top of the Newbie board. ("Back to forum" and all the way at the top.) READ THE SECTION ON ADs: "Provider Ad Posting Guidelines".

Note especially:
"If you include a link to your personal site in your ad post, your personal site must follow the PERSONAL SITE REQUIREMENTS FOR AD POSTING  below for your ad post to be posted. ... Your contact information must be on the web page that you link to. This includes your stage name."  Even if you don't have a personal website (for which there are rules), an acceptable link would be to your ad on an ad mall (Eros, Slixa, CV, etc.)

...make sure you have something worthwhile to contribute to the discussion.  When you post, you can link your ad or website to your post.  Guys can see it and also get a feel for what you're like.
