I looked at your website, very nice.  Hopefully, some more local providers will reply since I think they know more about the pros and cons of a permanent incall location than us guys do.  I'm sure, as you said, it would be more relaxing both for you and the client if you had a nice little apt to use as an incall.  You can furnish it as you like, etc.  Fallon did hit on one downside, that being you would be responsible for changing the sheets and other maintenance of the place as opposed to having it done by roomservice at a hotel.

If you are renting a room quite often for incall, it might be more costly than an apartment's monthly rent.  It really depends on how often you would do it.  Your rate is up to you, I don't think many providers charge more to do incall at an apt than they would in a hotel.  Many do charge more for outcall to cover the expense of driving to the client.   Neighbors in an apt are also a challenge to be aware of.  A large complex with many apts is IMHO better than a smaller one, simply for the increase in traffic.

Not many providers will meet for coffee just to see the client before going to the incall unless he is paying for the time.  If he has passed your screening, it really isn't necessary anyway.  Personally, as a client, I would not pay just to meet and say hi.

I saw that you are in Tampa, as am I.  There are many providers in the area that you could contact and get some input from the ones who know more on this subject than us guys.

Hey everyone...I've never posted before...so...BE NICE TO ME!!
I've been around for about two years now....and this has only really been a "hobby" of mine...taking only a couple new friends a month...I have really made some wonderful relationships and REALLY ENJOY this now!! So in these past few months I've been playing more professionally...Finally made a website (Your honest feedback is warmly welcome!!)  Finally joined TER (Love it!!) Finally said okay to a few requests to review me...Now I've been thinking about getting an incall location...I just feel it would be much more relaxing and I wouldn't have to go through the trouble of hotel reservations. What I want to know is... is it a higher charge for having a residence compared to procuring a hotel room? Does it really make a difference to meet new friends for coffee before inviting them directly to your location if they have passed screening anyway? I really appreciate this site because it gets kind of lonely and isolated with our "secret lives"  LOL

I prefer to use hotels even though it could be slightly more expensive than having a studio for example.

I don't have a lease or utility bills associated with it for people to ask questions about or worry about neighbors figuring out what your doing.  And I don't care how discrete you are, somebody will figure it out especially nowadays with so much bad press.  (just my opinion)

You don't have to clean it and wash all the laundry.  I don't have to furnish it.

You can get a place in whatever location you feel like in what ever price range you feel like at the time on any given day.
I will work in local town A on Monday, local town B on Tuesday et cetera.....If I'm touring I'm not paying for a 3rd location that is just sitting there collecting dust while I'm out of town....

Staying in one place all the time = sitting duck

Read the Self Help Section here and LE Checks are a myth.

Oh yes, I forgot to say welcome, have fun, be careful, & play safe!

A fixed incall is dangerous.  Don't expect to stay beyond your lease.  You would have additional expenses & not sure how much you'd save.  You'd need to find a place where neighbors don't really know each other, a lot of people coming and going through a common door so traffic blends in.  Still neighbors will probably figure it out.
I don't think you can charge more.. an incal lis an incall whether a appartment or a hotel.  The local rate structure & supply & demand will control your pricing.  A lady I see from time to time...  started 50 below my area rate as an intro special.  She went to the going rate for a year or 2.  She raised her rates +50.  Traffic dropped drastically.  She's now cut her rates 75, so she's -25 of typical rate...  and still traffic has not come back like before.

Thanks everyone for your friendly feedback!!
I wasn't trying to express the difference in "cost" efficiency...I was more concerned about the "charge" as in "legal ramifications" between hotel reservations and actually leasing an apartment...??

It does not matter to LE where you are hosting, the charge will be the same.  Either way, there will be a paper trail in your real name, either on the hotel registry or the apt lease.

...which wouldn't apply unless you run a brothel out of it.
My mind has considered these sort of things...lol

An "incall" is a place you buy or rent only for the purposes of hobbying/working. Meeting for coffee will NOT in any way help you avoid a cop or a killer...that's misleading advice if someone tells you that. A guy can be nice for the 20 min. over coffee, then slice you into pieces when you're alone. SCREENING before you meet a person is key. If you are still not comfortable meeting after you have screened him, don't see him. If you have enough volume of calls to afford a seperate apt. or condo, by all means go that route. You can even share the expenses with another provider you TRUST 100 percent!

I've seen reports of charges for securing a domicile with the intent to procure prostitution or some shit like that.  I think it's where you are, (depends on state, city, or county laws) and the mood the cop is in that day.
They will book you with anything they can, when ever they can, and where ever they can.

I have never had any run ins with le myself, but read info from lots who have.  Another good idea is to set up an alert on google to email you news articles daily on prostitution or what ever key words you want to enter.  It's quite an education.
