First stop should be the Instruction Manual that is the first post on this page. It has lots of vital info on how to use TER for advertising and other things, as well as a lot of general info about this hobby.
Read it carefully and then come back with specific questions. Lot's of fine people here who can help you out.

post a link to your website whenever you reply to a post on a thread. You can not post a link when you initiate a thread other than the one ad per 7 calendar days on your local regional ad board.
Also, it is recommended that you visit your regional board and post when you have something positive to say. That way hobbyists (yes, there are a few female hobbyists among us) can get to know you and see if there is a connection to TOFTT. Once you get your first review, your business should take off; assuming you offer good service for a fair price.

Hey guys I'm also new. I was just looking for some help on getting verified. Iv used local providers before but was looking for someone a little more upscale so I tried using a service and this is my first experience with erotic review.
With TER there is no such thing as "being verified".
The best thing for you to do is to post on your local board when they have photo threads, and on the general boards so people can get to know you. It's smart to buy a month or so of VIP so you can respond to PM's, and make sure and reply to ISO posts on your local board.
In time, you'll get reviewed on here, and that'll open up your ability to post to the ad boards and to claim your TER review profile.
That's the quick and dirty. If you look in the newbie forum you'll see a thread called "TER's Instruction Manual" that'll have way more info than I have.

You tried using a service? What service? Are you talking about a verification service or an agency? In either case, you tried, what happened?
Have you tried to sign up for p411?
Other than that, do you think the women you have seen would give a reference for you?
