I am trying to post a photo on the photo board and it isn't getting approved...I know this seems like a dumb question...but I need HELP! someone please explain to me what I am doing wrong, or what steps do you take to post a photo. I can't figure out what I'm doing differently than the other girls. Are we not allowed to ad the link to our website on certain posts? the option is always available so I'm not sure.

photo hosting site like imagecoast.  That way it will have its own URL which it needs for you to post it on this site.   You need to read the self help center section on posting guidelines, that should answer your questions.

TER does not allow the upload of actual image files. You can only include a link to your photo that is hosted on some other publicly accessible site, commonly Imagecoast or similar.  When someone opens a post in TER with a picture, the basic info (frames, TER titles, plain text) comes from TER to that user's browser. In the meantime, TER sends the link to the host and the picture is delivered to the user's browser by the image hosting site. TER is just the middle man.

Here is some free clipart from a clipart "image hosting site".

It's a picture of a camera. I paste that entire link (make sure there is only ONE "http" in the box) into the box at the bottom of the posting form and the picture gets delivered to your browser.

No, you cannot include a direct link to your website. Read the Photo Only Board posting rules.
At the bottom of the posting form are three boxes:
Link URL [     ] NO LINKS ALLOWED! LEAVE EMPTY!
Link Title [     ] No link, no link title. Leave empty.
Picture URL [     ] PASTE IMAGE URL IN THIS BOX.
