Try [email protected] that should work.

You can also try the  Contact Us link at the bottom of any page.

So, my girlfriend started providing a bit ago.  She's ready to claim her ter account.  I'm wondering if there's any issues with the fact that we share the same household and have some devices in common.  I tried emailing [email protected] but the address comes back as non deliverable.  Anyone have experience with this?  I've been  a paying member for years and don't want to fuck that up.

Thanks!

This also came back undeliverable

I don't understand why the two e-mail addresses are not functioning. Those have been functional for years.

Edited to add:
I looked through the usual places where instructions used to say you could use the e-mail address support (or admin) @theeroticreview.com (or Contact Us) to communicate with them. The wording has been changed so those addresses are no longer mentioned. The instructions now say to use Contact Us to communicate with TER. Even clicking the link in the box on upper right which says "support" takes you to Contact Us. It appears the addresses have been deactivated. I guess that works until something happens like happened a while back where TER was inaccessible for somewhere between 48 & 72 hours.

Both of those addresses are good email addresses for TER. I was surprised the Support one came back undeliverable. I was going to tell you then it must be a typo, but xyz had already given you good advice on the other address as well as using  "contact us." Now that you are getting both returned as undeliverable, that makes it even stranger. I would still say it's a typo in the email addy, but you are probably better off just using the "contact us" button at this point, as xyz and GaG said. They may take a few days to get back to you. Watch your "my feedback" folder for their reply. In the meantime, make sure the GF does not try to create an account with any shared machine or even the same wi-fi. This can get you both banned as GaG said. You are definitely doing the right thing in being pro-active in trying to solve this rather than just doing something, and getting banned, then trying to ask TER how to get back in their good graces. Good luck.

If you both log in under separate hooker/monger accounts with the same device or even possibly just sharing the same Wi-Fi could get you both suspended or even banned.

I would suggest looking at the upper right hand corner of this page where it say "questions" and click where it say "click HERE to contact customer support" and explain your situation before your GF logs in from a common internet connection under her own account.

Thanks, that's exactly what I was concerned about.  I sent them mail under the admin address as someone else suggested, I'll give that a couple days before trying your suggestion so I don't spam them with the same questions multiple times.   Thanks for taking the time to respond!

Use a VPN. One of you can use the "normal" internet, one can always use the VPN. Also would work w/a proxy server.

No shortcuts. (His browser is open. I'll just check in real quick..)

I think TER keeps logs, too, so also be consistent. Do not switch your assignments back and forth. If he logs in repeatedly from the household wifi and she uses the VPN, and one day SHE logs in on the household wifi, TER will recognize that there's a new user on the piece of hardware. The next time he logs in from the wifi, they are busted.

Once you decide on who is logging on by what method, stay consistant. Always do it the same way.
