Any reputable lady's rate will be all-inclusive. Read her reviews...she does have reviews right?
get VIP and read her reviews; don't just look at her pics and scan the profile which is established by the first reviewer and rarely changed.
It is probably not a good idea to ask her what the hour will be like, she might mistake you for LE.
But I would say that asking her if she has any reviews posted on TER would be perfectly valid question. If she doesn't then I would be a bit concerned and you might be entitled to ask her something like "are you GFE?".
