One of the trending providers in London is Gwen. She is getting perfect reviews on her TER profile.
Here is her Agency's profile page:

However the images displayed is for a known nudist model:
http://www.hegre.com/models/jula

Notice also there is differences about height and country of origin.

I am a newbie, I am wondering is this scam or did this model make a career change?

The "truth in advertising" laws do not cover this industry, at least not in the US. :-)

Differences in details (height, country of origin) are a way of protecting personal info. They could also be normal screw ups when the assistant is told to write up a bio sketch having only seen the model for 3 minutes. Born in Poland, grew up in the Ukraine ... whatever works to create a credible bio. And the clients don't really need to know the names of her family or her pet dog.

Assuming you have VIP, you can try to PM some of her reviewers and ask them to confirm things for you.  
However, many members will ignore PM requests for info from Newbies (you) using an alias. Keep your Qs simple and innocent for the best chance of a reply.

From the ltd info, I do not think that Gwen is a scam. She could very well be Jula but she does not want her personas to be crossed. Well, too late now!

EDIT: Her Profile does say Accurate Photos. At least one reviewer says that she is absolutely the girl in the pics. One mentions that her hair is now very dark, almost black (unlike the photos) but doesn't point out other photo fake-ness. Scan the reviews to see if anyone mentions "not the girl in the pics."

for providers to run pictures of people (often celebrities)  who they claim they resemble rather than their own photos for reasons of privacy.

 
This may be a case of that.   You have to decide whether this is something you can accept or not.

I think the pictures of this girl are hot and sure I would like to book a date with her. Then I would have to jump the pond to do so, unless she decides to do some touring in the US.  

If this is the girl without question you wish to see, then simply do your homework. I would not do an outcall with this girl at first, make sure to do an incall.  

I hope you get to see her and she is the person who is in the pics.
