Hi, just wanting to know from providers or anyone really, what would be considered a good tip for FS? Is it a percentage of the donating asked for? Is a tip required? Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. Im not talking about the upsellers. I mean the flat rate providers, who are honest about what they provide and what they expect $. I got burned by an upseller and I have even more respect for providers who arrested up front with me and if the visit was great I want to say thank you and not be insulting with a poor tip.

There are alot of threads on tipping but the general consesus seems to be
If she is independent, just pay her regular rate - no tip.
If she is an agency girl, part of her fee is paid to the agency and therefore you might want to tip her based on how you feel about the service.
Regardless of whether or not she's independent or agency, you pay the quoted fee upfront (in the envelope) and you save the tip for the end after you feel that she deserves a tip.
as to how much to tip, anywhere from $20 - $100 depending on what you are tipping for.
Don't mistake tipping with upselling btw. Tipping is not required, its nice of a guy to tip but its not required.
Upselling is fees added on to the regular amount based on activities you are asking for - most gents will stay away from ladies who upsell.

The best tip is a repeat appt. I never tip, but as I have said before, I do bring gifts. Do a search on this forum for the topic of tipping, there are many threads about it.

...I never expect a tip, but I must admit, I was happy yesterday when a "new friend", presented me with a bottle of my favorite perfume: just when I literally, was running low.
A material gift (whether street flowers, or Manolo's) is very much appreciated, because it is personal.

the rate should be all inclusive... except for Trips to Greece which are normally an extra charge.
I started with a Massage Gal... Happy Ending was included. After a few visits, I she let me know that extras were available but she expected a tip. (I don't consider this an upsell... I requested an increased service outside the original parameters.) She would NEVER state what she wanted for a tip. I added enough to equal what I would have given a FS gal in my area. I still see her from time to time so I guess it's adequate.
I don't "tip" otherwise.
Most providers have a "wish list" on their site. One girl I saw very regularly had to drive constantly to ply her trade. In this case, I gave her a prepaid gas card - which I knew would be put to good use and was definitely appreciated !!!
