I hope some others can help you out with that problem.  I would suggest you be extra careful screening someone who is outside the US.  Many foreign countries do not have the same requirements with regard to escorting that we do here.  Sorry,  I can't help you more.  Maybe some of our buddies from overseas can offer some help....

Too many people just assume because a guy sends them a website and phone number that it must be true, and don't bother checking it out. whois.com is a great way to tell when a website was launched and who owns the domain. I have a private listing as any escort should, but many people who own normal businesses don't use this precaution because they really don't have need for it when they have a linkedin profile.

Run his name, email, and number through verifyhim.com or spokeo.com for starters, then go from there.

If the purpose is LE then you can ask for a copy of passport. If he's not using US passport then it's very unlikely that he's LE.
