so the one thing i always kinda worried about is  when you arrive at the hotel lobby do th hobbyist/escorts just go up to th room with out having to tell th front desk why they are here cause i know alot call the room to make sure they have expected guests but we're tryna have this discrete as possible right? and like they see th same person leaving in an hour or 2, and if the escort has multiple clients who all go to same room in one night doesnt that raise a question to th front desk? lol

That is why large urban hotels that are always bustling are the best bet to maintain discreetness.

However, never should you introduce yourself to any hotel personnel, especially the front desk, and never should you ask them what room "Sexy Sally" is in, since she is obviously not registered under that name.  (Believe it or not, there have been tales of clients doing just that.)

If you are unfamiliar with the layout of the hotel, it is best to ask her where the elevator are so you can just stride right in and go up the elevator.  Standing around with question marks hovering over your head is not a good idea.

Also, don't be carrying a box of chocolates, long stem roses, or other gifts that could give away your plan.  If you are bringing anything, have it in an overnight bag which in a hotel won't around any suspicion.

thanks for the advice! greatly appreciate it coming from a man who seems to have years of exp in hobbying lol

...where your wife can see it.  That happened to a man who seems to have years of experience in hobbying, lol.

When you call from your car to get the room number, that’s when a real professional escort will let you know where the elevators are located in the lobby. You can also ask.

And when she’s doing outcall to your hotel, it’s the reverse, let her know where the elevators are located. I also leave the room door slightly open and tell her don’t knock walk right in.

It’s gets easier the more you do this.

Just in case you are meeting someone who is also a bit new or, maybe, distracted, ask her if the elevators need a key card or access code to take the ride up. She might not know until AFTER she actually checks in. And sometimes the elevators go from public access to restricted access after a certain hour (6 PM, ... 10 PM).
.
If you encounter the elevator problem, you'll have to wing it. Stop - look like you forgot to lock your car so you have to do a 180 and leave briefly [doesn't work with valet parking] - call from outside and work out a fix.
.
If there is a security guy (more common in LV hotels?), you will notice a lot sooner than pressing a button and looking stupid while nothing happens. "Hey buddy, you need to swipe your room card." "Yes, of course, ... Oh no! I left my wallet with the key card at the store down the street! Gotta run!!"

so in that case you would call the provider down to let you in? seems kinda suspect when a younger beautiful women is taking a older looking gent upstairs lol

Solutions vary by hotel, time of day, etc.

Sometimes, there is a public area on another floor: meeting rooms, bar, restaurant, art gallery, shops, ... If so, you can reconnoiter there. The room holder can usually ask for a spare key card. The spare key can be given to the visitor by hand, by leaving it in an agreed upon place. The hostess and visitor can walk into the elevator together-but-apart (as if by coincidence) and ride up together (this doesn't work if security requires that you show a key card just to get to the elevators).
.
If you check one of my older posts, I think I also suggested that the hostess can tie the card in a pair of panties, weight it with a rock, use text messages to maneuver the visitor into the right place on the sidewalk below and toss key-panties-rock to him waiting below. :-) Let me know if anyone gets that to work!

You can do a google search on [hotel name] elevators. Believe it or not, there are elevator aficionados who post youtube videos of hotel elevators. I've taken advantage of this to discover if a hotel uses elevator key cards or not.

...the side of a hill overlooking L.A.  She told me she was on the first floor.  What she didn't tell me was that I was entering the top floor of the hotel and that I would have to go down in the elevator to get to her room in order to go down on her.  I wandered around until I had to call her.

Went to meet a gal at the elevator lobby (key needed to operate the elevator) and waited and waited.

She finally called me to ask me where I was.   I said I was standing right in front of the elevators, where are you?   She said the same.

Turns out, there were two hotels of the same name in the city about 3 miles apart, and I assumed she was in the one I was at and forget there was another.   Oh well, at least we had the city right.

I had an appointment with a gal in one hotel... there was another hotel with a variation of the same name within sight of the other. Of course I went to the wrong one.  Once I was inside I knew it was wrong because the layout was different, I used the ground floor rest room (it was empty) I called her & made tracks to get to her location.  One of the hotels has a different name now.

...from each other.  One is Brand X Hotel and the other is the "Tranquility" Inn by Brand X.  Maybe she didn't know there were two, so she only said Brand X.

A hotel in Boston has two towers, east and west - and when you are in one or the other, the room number does not designate which tower you are in, and the rooms have identical numbers on each floor of each tower.

So, when  gal gives you a room number there, you have a 50/50 chance of coming to the wrong room, or in my case, 100%.

I now tell gals who are going there that she must ask if she is in the east or west tower so that I get the right room.

...medical office towers next to each other in L.A.  They have separate address numbers, but even so, the offices are numbered Suite 900E and Suite 900W.

The not-local booker gave me the wrong hotel for my afternoon delight. I had no problem getting to the room, but there was no reply after ~3 minutes (seemed like 10 minutes) of knocking and waiting. Called the booker and we figured out that I had to be across the street. Arrived ~15 minutes late, but had a full hour and a great time.

Discreet hotel selection is the most important part. For clients and providers. The ones that has security ask for keycard, has key elevator, tiny lobby with elevator next to front desk are all big No No for us.

Depending upon the hotel I'm staying at determines the best way to handle these situations.
I text you easy to follow instructions to help you get to me the best way possible. Example: I just was in the Marina Del Ray area in a quieter hotel that had multiple buildings. So my instructions were "Good Morning! My hotel is XYZ the address is 123 XYZ. When you arrive please call me. See you this evening!" When he called me I stayed on the phone with him to tell him exactly how to get to the building I was staying in. That eliminated any worries of getting lost and having to ask anyone besides me any questions. I also agree its always a good idea to have a gym bag or carry on to blend in better (also if you're going to be heading home to wifey it doesn't hurt to have your own toiletries instead of using the hotels unfamiliar scents!) Never ever ever go up to the front desk for anything, contact your provider and she will help make sure you both stay discreet. The front desk minds their own as long as you're not making a scene. Hope this helps!

You get the correct address and room number ahead of time and walk right in looking like you know what you're doing and where you're going. In many cases a sweeping glance around  will show you where the elevator is. Sometimes the lady may tell you this ahead of time also. If elevator requires a key card she may arrange to meet you discretely in the lobby and head for the elevator without looking like you're together.

I have never "set up shop" in a hotel room myself, but I have met gentlemen at their hotels. I always request that they meet me in the parking lot for a quick hug and kiss and then we enter the hotel through a back entry way, NOT the front door by the front desk.  I also request they walk me to my car for a goodbye hug and kiss.  I think then if anyone sees us it will be perceived as a more normal friend/lover interaction and it will not be questioned. I have been doing it this way for about 4 years now and no issues so far!
