I think using "contact us" would be a better option. I've used report a problem for stuff way less complicated and involved than this and been either ignored or told to send it again via contact us. I'm too lazy to put in a link right now, but the explanation of the report a problem button says it's for simple quick fix type stuff.

OP, very sorry this happened to you. You shouldn't have to deal with this stuff. Sometimes BS reviews do get pulled, it will just take some time. Good luck!

I logged onto my account today and I decided to check out my reviews, and saw one form a client I saw recently, in the review he fabricated an entirely different story about me doing bbfs and stripper slide with him! I've had calls and emails and texts coming in asking about bbfs and I usually don't respond to inquires like that and I was wondering why I was getting so many, I just figured out why! How is he allowed to write something so false and damaging? What can I do about this? I'm really astonished that one could easily fabricate whatever he wants and tarnish my rep like that.

You can use the report a problem link on your profile page.

Explain your side and hope for the best.   It may be that you'll have to ask to be delisted in order to get the review removed.  That means you'll have no presence on TER at all.

I already did but that wasn't my question. Is this normal for this board?

However, it does happen from time to time. Just remember there's plenty of jerks who are TER members. Many who think their entitled to do and write whatever they want. Sorry this happened to you.

You received some good advice above.  Additionally, you might also want to send him a PM or e-mail that lays out the facts (from your perspective) and tells him how you feel.  The e-mail should conclude with a reasonable ask such as "can you please write to TER and request that they remove sentences x or y."  Maybe you could even make it easy for him by drafting the note for him.  I made a mistake.  I didn't mean to harm anyone.  I got a little carried away.  Blah blah blah.   Just have someone read it before you hit send.  Most people mean well.  I read your two reviews and based on them I would not think that a reasonable person would conclude that you offer BBFS.  You just did a stripper slide.  If you do that and he doesn't help you, then he is a complete ass.  Right now, he might be a complete jerk, but I suspect that he meant you no harm.  At any rate, if TER got a note from him, then that would legitimize your complaint and it would probably get removed.

I think most guys write honest reviews.    Things like your situation do happen,  as pointed out by others above, but I believe it is not all that common.

Sorry it happened to you, and hope you can get it resolved.  But don't give up on TER; it is a great resource for both providers and clients!

There are many reasons why reviews are not always accurate. First of all, there is the Rashoman Effect http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rashomon_effect where the same event is given contradictory interpretations by different individuals involved.  Many times, this is innocuous.
.
He: "We did it on the bed, the sofa, the chair and the ceiling!"
She: "There was no sofa in the room at that hotel."
Something like that (sofa / no sofa) is no big deal.
.
Some are due to delusions of grandeur.
He: "She opened the door and she came three times before I took my shirt off! ... I  banged her so hard she was begging for mercy. ... I came on her face so bigly that she couldn't see a thing."
She: "The blast of cold air from the hallway made me shiver. ... I begged him to move his damn elbow away from my kidney, he was leaning on it so hard. ... I wasn't sure if he was finished so I had to ask, 'Are you finished? I don't see anything.'"
And many similar exaggerations that will not affect what others might expect from you.
.
Some are just plain mistakes and misunderstandings made during the action and some come from writing a review after a long (up to 90 days) lapse and intervening meetings. My best example is the Condom Ninja: she works her way down from face to chest to groin and I am in a state of what I think is BBBJ bliss.  As she rises up to hop on board, I recover quickly enough to stop her and shout, 'Condom! Condom!' and she has to point out the condom is already there. How the hell did THAT happen?! CONCEIVABLY, there could be a circumstance, the likelihood increased by booze or drugs, that someone will not realize that his hostess had slipped on the condom, done all the work,  and removed the evidence without his realizing it. If reviewed, a FALSE claim of BBFS, but due to his state of (or lack of) awareness.
.
In the event of a stripper slide, was there penetration or not? Rashoman says, "Yes. I felt the pinch." Delusions of Grandeur says, "Yes, of course! She couldn't resist me!"  Misundertanding says, "Yes! It was rapture of the deep, deep in her!"  A long delay in writing says, "And then I was inside. Or was that with Mary a few weeks later? Or was it with Susie? I'm not sure, but I think it was Ciera."
.
The untrue implication of unsafe practices can have a greater impact on your business if others are misled by an exaggerated review.  You should certainly email or PM the reviewer try to get things clarified ... and hope that it doesn't come down to he-said / she-said argument.
.
You can also make clear in your ads that "I am concerned about our mutual health and safety and always insist on safe pratices." to alert them reviews to the contrary might be inaccurate.
