And, I found very small letters following: "All FREE trial subscriptions to MegaPornoPass.com are free for the stated period of days, and then automatically convert to the full subscription price of $ 35.46 U.S. Dollars unless you request cancellation."
Is this safe if I try to register this for meeting a lady?

I have zero experience with this particular offer but generally if ANY amount of money is required to "become verified" it is a scam.
If you do this, the best thing that will come out of it is you will loose $35.46 USD. The worst is much worse.
Move on to a well established and well reviewed lady with an excellent reputation in the community. This is important to do until you understand how things work and feel comfortable with the lay of the land.
Find another lady and pass on this lady it is a SCAM.
