Had to renew my VIP and wanted to try a different prepaid card being the last one I purchased didn't work. I went to a Commerce Bank and bought a Visa debit gift card ( I guess any bank that offers this should work). Well I bought a $50.00 US card and tried to renew for 3 months and I kept getting a "bank declined" message. I then called the bank customer service and was told the merchant was looking for $57.50 - I can't remember exactly what the explanation was. Anyway I tried again and this time checked off the $20 choice for monthly that renews every 30 days. Worked like a charm! So I guess I'll get one more month after this one when it renews and I've paid $40 for 2 months but I don't care -it works.
The billing for this site is processed overseas. The difference in cost is due to the exchange rate.
Same thing happened to me awhile back.
I paid for the whole year. Was like $180, or something like that. I knew I would be in and out, pardon the pun, of this site constantly so why not get it over with and save money in the process? More money for the providers, don't you think?! BTW, I paid with one of my regular credit cards just like I was at the grocery store and had no problems.
Just have an "answer ready" if the Mrs. asks about the charge on your statement.
