Forget Fling.com. Get TER VIP (if you don't already have it), and search reviews with your criteria for a lady. Make sure she has at least 5+ good reviews from hobbyists with a long history of reviews. Relax, and you'll do fine. Good luck.
Day or night is not the issue. Your safety depends on WHERE you are meeting her much more than WHEN. If you are doing Incall you need to take a good look at the neighborhood etc and be prepared to keep on going if you don't feel good about the area.
