Get the pic on your computer and then put it on an image hosting site like photobucket or flickr.com or one of those others and then you can put it on here.

When the picture is displayed, right click on it and select "Properties," which appears at the bottom of the list.  You'll find the code for the photo about half way down, starting with "http" or "https." Highlght that and right click again, then copy it. Then go to TER and start a post.  At the bottom of the field you'll find places to insert a link and a picture.  Erase the "http" you'll find there and paste the properties of your picture in that box.  If your picture starts with "https," erase the "s," or it will not post.
As a bonus, here's a picture I posted using this very process.  Feel free to use it to pick up girls.  It always works for me!

The problem is I don't have a computer or lap top only iPad...
Also photo bucket does not allow explicit photos

If you need a laptop or computer, you can get one at a decent price from eBay or Craigslist.

No need to go to those high priced computer stores that rip you off.
