If you are going by her profile that she doesn't offer it, she may have changed since it was created. If the last review makes note of it, then you can trust that she doesn't.
However, YMMV goes along way sometimes, and it doesn't hurt to politely request during the session. BUT, if she says no, I would not push it or try to offer more money because chances are that she has other reasons besides money for not offering it (safety, personal preference, etc). Pushing for it will put a damper on the session and is just rude. Also, as a newbie and not really experienced with reading Provider's nonverbal cues, you may go too far and either piss her off or make her worry that you are LE trying to get her to bargain for a specific sex act.
I would suggest that if it is that important to you that you find a provider who will offer it.

If you ask her to do something that you can see by reading her reviews isn't an option you run the risk of her feeling as if are a boundary crosser and she then goes into managing your expectations mode. Result you get a session where she's worried about what you're gonna do/ask/say next that's gonna be crossing the line. You wanna be managed or do you want to have fun?
Pick a girl who does what it is you like, dont insult her by offering her cash to break her rules or to go outside her comfort zone. Believe me shes got her reasons for what she does and what she doesn't do and a few extra bucks isnt going to make her reasons go away.
TER listings are not put up by the lady... see if she has a web page. If so read it. That's the menu. If you try to order other than the menu, she's likely not going to deliver... It's really rude to press.
Realy much better to match each session with the menu.

I agree with GA Gambler, as well as others, but may I add some other suggestions.... First, let her know if you are married. While I wouldn't personally do it, there are providers out there that allow creampie for married men. (WTF!!) And I have read that some will do BBBJ rather than CBJ if you are married. Also, I personally LOVE DATY on a very clean provider, so do that for awhile to show her you are not afraid of her "juices". Lastly, I swore not to tell who, but a provider I saw had a hard, fast rule about CBJ.
