So i have a provider coming to visit me at my hotel but she told me not to check in without het being there. Its too late. I already checked in did i screw this up?
I'm starting to think she is not coming. 😐
because to check in while she's standing around is a bit awkward.
I think what she was trying to tell you is that there is a very good chance she's not going to make it, and she doesn't want to feel guilty about you being out the money for the room.
I suppose right now, if she is over 30 minutes late and no call, you ought to start calling or emailing around to see if you can find a substitute.
That kind of sucks.

I feel for you. I hate when there are last minute changes/cancellations especially when you may have planned this all week. Some of us with SO can't just play whenever we want. We need to plan and if a provider cancels we are out of luck until the next time we can arrange to be away. Good luck next time.
