How do you search their review on TER?
If we do not find any reviews, how can we meet these ladies?

I've had that problem too.
The only thing you can do is to not use the city or region filter. (Click the blank at the top most of the list of cities, and that will blank out the field.)
Then type in the providers name and hope it isn't Amber or similar name.
Then it's hunt and peck time.
I can not find any review about most of them I wanted.
Moreover, there was something strange, this girl posted that she was an independent.
So, I searched her number in google.com...
Surprisingly I found that there is one number, but there are two different girls in two different locations at same time(ex. one in NC, another in NY).
What is this? Is this a sort of new scam? Or does it mean "two call system"?
Two call system just means you call about an hour before appt. to get general location and call again when you arrive to get hotel room number, apt. number, etc. What you describe does not necessarily mean a scam. She could be indy and the two have the same screener/booker, or might be an agency.
If you do as Mr. Fisher said and just add in the phone or email address, you should have more success. Good luck.
a lot of travelers will use a booking agent to screen new clients in the cities that they will tour. They do this so that they do not have to worry about the screening on top of the travel arrangements and everything else. Sue Carson is one such agent whom some ladies use with great success.
