I've called the provider and it goes to a full voicemail box. I've texted with nor response and I've tried e-mail also to no avail.
I've noticed the provider's e-mail is the same for a dozen of girls so it means it's an agency right? Is this normal? Should I keep trying to contact?
Probably an agency, who knows and really who cares WHY??? because there are dozens, literally dozens of gorgeous beautiful providers you can choose from, don't get hung up on someone that doesn't get back to you, concentrate on picking someone new and prepare to have fun with someone that truly cares about a Hobbyist.

When I first started the hobby I saw a hot lady was visiting. I filled out her form and never heard from her after I also phoned and texted with no reply. Like the others say, if they are too busy to respond move on.
These gals that don't respond probably would be too busy (rush you) if you did get through to them. They are lots of well reviewed ladies that have lots of time for you. I know, as I'm still discovering these lovely ladies.
you should not fixate on a single provider when you start your search. Always have a back up escort, for exactly the reason you describe.

Yet there are some reasons why we may not answer an email/call or text. It doesn't always mean she's a total mess.
First off if I do not know you, don't bother to text me I will just ignore them.
secondly who's to say his email was not out of line to begin with.
Many Ladies do not work the weekends as well as agencies, so there is noone to answer the call
She may be out of town and not able to get her messages easily
Its a holiday weekend and family even in this business comes first.

Then again she may be booked and not organized but i'd guess its more like one of the other reasons.
Either way I'd say Move On. There are plenty of ladies and available and if she is just one you gotta see try again at another time. Who knows...
but either way, I can guarantee you that there are many providers out there that will match your tastes just as much as the one you are trying to contact. The whole plenty of fish in the sea thing.
Move on to the next one. Use the "Search Reviews" feature to narrow your list and start contacting.

You may not have given her enough information, or she may have gotten a "creepy" vibe for whatever reason.
But, I agree with the other posters, trying to contact her more than once or twice would be inappropriate.
If you've found a number of girls with the same number, than most likely it's an agency or at least a call center. It would be unprofessional & unlikely to be "full"... unless they're shut down, raided or otherwise out of business.
I absolutely agree that you should never get fixated on a single provider...

Another scenerio (not applicable in your case) is if there was just an indie... who might be out of town, on vacation, or otherwise unavailable.
In this scenerio, I'd move on for the immediate future but maybe circle back later, especially if I see a fresh ad.

As a newbie, there are some emails I haven't responded to (and I'm not sure if I would have if I was more seasoned with screening neither). This is not how I like to do business. I ideally would like to respect everyone's interest that has chosen to contact me. BUT:
My ad states NOT to mention certain things...and they DO... I dont write back...
My ad states that I work during the day and they call 1,2 or 3 in the morning... I dont answer the phone.
The ad says no blocked calls and someone calls private... I dont pick it up.
If you followed protocol maybe the lady was completely unavailable to some personal reason.
If you didnt follow her protocol,try following it for the next lady. But I agree with everyone else, there are so many other fish in the sea.

NO, that type of situation only leads to some type of drama or to a provider who is so busy that she will be looking at her clock wishing you would leave and more han likely you will wish you never made the appointment. There are too many quality providers to meet and spend some time with. Take a pass on the one you are talking about.
