Hello everyone, glad to be in this forum. So I filled out an online form yesterday and provider had texted me to provide more info via email, which I did. However, I have not heard back, and I texted today asking if she needed more info, she is welcome to call me.
Is it rude for me to call her today? Otherwise I am going to move on

If you just filled out the form yesterday and she is asking for more info., at least she is working on it. Sounds like you probably have no provider references so she has to check other info., that could take another day or so. You could move on, but don't burn your bridges. If you don't have any references you are going to have a slow or no start with many providers, seems this one is at least trying to verify you. Be patient...at least another day, let us know if it works out.
