As normal condom does not smell good, I assume it doesn't taste good so I hesitate to ask for CBJ. If most providers like to be asked, I definitely will ask in the future.

Thank you perfectstorm. I will take the time to review some of the previous decussion on this topic. Also I will looking into the self help manual. As a newbie, I haven't really been able to get acquainted with the culture of this hobby. I understand there are risks but I am trying to minimize those risks as possible when it comes to my involvement.

As a follow up question I was wondering if it would be rude to request a provider use a condom on a bj even though a bbbj is part of their routine?

Thanks,

Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie and this is my first post. I haven't taken the plunged yet, but I have been reading a lot of reviews and looking over some providers' information.

Anyways, I was surprised to know that some providers offer BBBJ. How safe is it to indulge in BBBJ as a hobbyist, and does any provider have issues with performing BBBJ?

Thanks,
Lud202

but not without risks. There are many risks in this hobby. Every client and every provider has to acknowledge the risk and decide how much risk they are willing to take in this hobby.  Many providers will only provide a CBJ. Some will do a BBBJ to some clients but not all. Many clients will refuse to see a provider who does not offer bbbj.

It has also been said many times that having sex with a provider is probably safer than having sex with some hot civvy girl you met at a bar.

Use the search feature at the top of this board. The default day range is 30. Change it to 300 or so and search "BBBJ' you will see the question has been asked and answered here many many times, along with almost every other question you can think of. You can also do research on google. Check out the CDC site, and decide on the level of risk you want to take, before you engage in the hobby.

I also recommend you check out the self help manual (top of the page near the life preserver) if you haven't already. I usually also suggest that newbies get VIP membership, but I assume you already have it, since you would need it to read about bbbj in the reviews.

Good Luck and have fun in the hobby!

I love BBBJ but if a gent wants CBJ, I don't have any issues doing that for him.  I keep Durex flavored condoms on hand just for those requests.

I've been doing BBBJ for over ten years (8 of those as a civvie) and I've never had any STDs in my mouth or throat.   Its never been an issue.

There is a risk in everything we do.  Only way to totally not risk STD is to abstain completely.

I have been engaged in this hobby for almost 10 years now, have recieved hundreds of BBBJ's, been close to a number of providers who collectively have  sucked thousand of dicks and to my knowledge, never contracted anything.  As noted, there are always risks but from all the research I've done and obviously, anecdotally, getting a giving a BBBJ minimizes the risk as much as you can.

Thanks corwinofavalon, I guess you're saying that the risk of contracting anything is remote. I guess that kind of what I was expecting to hear. Have you ever requested a CBJ in place of a BBBJ? If so what was the response of your provider?

You sir, are a credit to the male species. Not everyone would subject themselves to hundreds of BBBJ's in order to gather this amount of empirical data. Your unselfish pursuit of science brings great comfort to the rest of us.  I salute you and so should others.

Thanks Naomi_Sweet for your response. I understand that abstainence is the best way to be safe. Nevertheless, I am sure most of the participants in this hobby understand that there are risks involved, but being careful to minimize your exposer to those risks is wise.
I am really new to this hobby; am testing the water so to speak. My inquiry is to better prepare me for my first encounter with a provider. I would hate it if my provider reacts negatively if I were to request a CBJ instead of a BBBJ, knowing that said provider regularly offer BBBJ as part of their service.

I can't imagine that most girls would really care.  I would suggest, tho, having some nonlubricated condoms cos I can't imagine a lubricated one is fun to put in your mouth!

If you are going to ask for a CBJ from a lady who normally does BBBJ - bring a sealed package of Durex fruit flavored condoms, those are so much better than regular condoms if you are going to put your mouth on them.

Also if you really want a CBJ, why not just go see a lady who already offers that? there's tons of reviews of ladies who only do CBJ.

I wouldn't be offended at all. I would be impressed with your knowledge of safer sex. And that would be a turn-on. :)

But I can't speak for others.

I also carry fruit-flavored condoms just in case. I remember one time seeing a friend of one of my regular friends at his request. I was a birthday gift. He was... less than fresh. I covered it. I don't think he minded, though. I don't think he even realized it was there until after the fact, judging by his reaction to it when I took it off after. It was dark.

is if your provider is experienced enough not to brush her teeth immediately before seeing you, or anyone. That goes for you too. When you brush and floss you create many little cuts throughout your mouth that could potentially increase the transfer of any STD that is prevalent. They heal quickly, so I'd say about 90 minutes to 2 hours prior would be a safe time to brush or floss. Mints and listerine are your friends.

Also, thanks ladies for the flavored condom info. I'm going to keep some around from here on in just for that purpose. But, btw, my favorite condom lately is the Beyond Seven Aloe and it doesn't taste bad at all. A bit sweet from the aloe. :)

Kiss me,

Kate

The Lifestyles Ultra Sensitive(the one's in the grey package & Sensitive blue pack) do not taste bad either, & do not have the latex smell or taste either:)
