I wanted to post a review of a provider I saw 2 weeks ago in DC. I should have done it then but I put it off. She had a site in erosdc that is no longer there (She was visiting) but she told me that she would be moving to DC permanently. Anyway, I'm guessing that without that link I can't do the review, right?

You have upto 3 months to right a review. Wait until she moves to DC or visits again and then right the review using a link from eros or some other site if she posts an ad.
Do you know what city she is visiting next or what city her home base is? If you do and she has an eros ad on any of those other cities you can use that too. Simply add DC as the "other city" when submitting the review.
Do you know if she has a website? If she does you can use her website address as a link too.
