If she has no reviews, it's a total crap shoot and most likely you shouldn't be seeing her in the first place, but if you do see her you could end up with anything from a "Therapeutic massage ONLY" up to a complete FS experience complete with BBBJ and everything else you would expect from a typical provider.
Some of it is common sense, if she looks halfway decent and only charges $100 hr or less, you are getting anything more that a HJ "at most" OTOH if she is charging closer to $200 hr, it is reasonable to expect at least "something" more, but the only way to be sure without simply taking your chances is to wait until someone else TOFTT and writes a review, and that would be my personal advice. "See only well reviewed TER providers" and you will never need to ask this question.
Then there is also the fact that once a gal gets to know you and feel comfortable, almost anything can be on the table.
