The best advice I can give is to read the TER Instruction Manual, which is the pinned thread at the top of this page. Read all of it, but pay special attention to the Info for Providers, such as the Provider Ad Posting Guidelines.
You should also read back a few pages on this newbie board. You will notice a lot of the questions repeat. There's a good chance you might find some answers to questions that you have yourself.
Come back and ask any specific questions you might have.
