If I am in a hotel (outcall) I prepare the same as any visitor. I have refreshments available, ensure there are plenty of clean towels and linens, and spruce up the room. While providers bring condoms, I always have a few just in case she forgot.

I am considering my first outcall.
When doing incalls the provider always had anything required for the appointment.
When doing an outcall, will the provider bring anything that may be required or am I responsible for that?

The provider will probably be carrying everything she needs (including condoms) in her purse.
You can be a gentleman and have something to offer her to drink - even if its cold bottled water, its appreciated and thoughtful.
open in front of the lady and she will thank you for your trouble.
When gents visit my studio, I always offer water before the massage starts - opening it for them in front of them, then handing it to them along with the cap.
Cocktails and wine, I open any mixers in front of them, but the wine or other adult beverage may have already been opened earlier. Is that in poor taste to serve guests from already open liquour? I was not aware of that in my up-bringing.
Plenty of good cold water and if your doing multiple hours a fruit plate is always nice to help keep up energy.
I always have food, adult beverages, condoms and lubricant on hand just in case the provider falls through, because like how difficult is it for you to have any of these things on hand?
It is my responsibility to carry and have these items available. Not quite sure what you mean by how difficult is it? It's not difficult at all.....

Depending on the length of the appointment like some other replies have suggested you might have some drinks available or ask her ahead of time if she has any drink or food preferences.If it is a drink like keystone suggested keep it unopened until the lady arrives.A few times I have arrived at an outcall and the gent offered me a drink and the bottle had already been opened.I politely decline.I think it is courteous and also a nice touch.
fresh towel /washcloth and or wipes,mouthwash and toothbrush(new).Bottled water,soft drinks,sweets,fruit.
I make sure my shower is clean and clutter free and offer them the use of, quite a few suggested we take shower together(bonus.)I make sure all areas are clean in my home.
My bedroom has fresh sheets, candles (6),light jazz playing and subtle light.
I find how I present myself and my bedroom is a direct reflection on me and will enhance our time shared.
Btw,as the saying goes..you never get a second chance to make a good first impression...

The reason for opening beverages in front of her is so she kows it has not been spiked with Date Rape drugs. A girl can never be too careful. Probably not a real risk in an outcall location which can be traced back to him, but it's a good habit to get into.
I always have a sealed 3 pack of condoms available on a date. That said, a lady is within her rights to refuse to use condoms supplied by others... but there are also a slew of "forgot the condoms" scams which can be prevented by simply having some on hand. Hopefully proper research (TER's purpose for existing) will prevent being with a scammer but again, a good habit to get into.

The provider should have soap, towels, mouthwash, condoms, lube if she uses it, your preferred beverage, bottled water, and a light snack such as nuts or fruit. I always provide alcohol based on requests, as it is no trouble to me to purchase this. I am not sure if you are the provider or hobbyist in this case, because all you have is an email box.
