go about getting set up as a registered agency?

You know, so that all of their ladies will be listed under them and when they post their weekly ad, there is a link next to their name.

I have looked, but I have not found that information.

Please either let me know where to look, or give me the info and I will type it up and make it look nice.  I am sure a lot is duplicated from the registered provider info, but still need the specifics for agencies.
