I too am asked that question all the time and here is how I answer.
I pull her very close to me, give her a deep passionate kiss and say "THIS" is what I want to do. and then 99% of the time it's off to the races.
I think you are probably like me in one regard. I do NOT need "time to warm up" I usually have an erection before the door even opens and I don't need a lot of chit chat to "get in the mood" I am ready the minute I lay eyes on her if she's hot.
