I am new around here an have only been in this hobby for about a year. So far i have been to a few incall places and have not truly had a great experience. After doing more research recently i learned about TER and p411. Turns out ive been doing this the wrong way since i started. Now im trying to get stablished but it seems like an uphill climb because it looks like the nost providers need references. I am hoping for a good outcall experience ( ill feel safer and enjoy it more, my hotel) not incall as ive done them 5 times already and was too nervous/perinoid to truly enjoy myself. Any suggestions? Willing to travel anywhere in wisconsin, madison, milwaukee chicago and minniapolis. Thanks

The only other possibilities is to join a screen service like P411, and ask for gals who see newbies. They are out there.
And quite possibly his best option, however, it is hardly the "only other possibility."
Just go through the screening process, we don't keep your info. Get yourself established with some Indy women or an agency and go from there. As long as you are upfront and honest about everything. It works out.
