1) Create a website (even one on rare-escorts.com works)
2) Make sure the TER link is on that website
3) Pick rates that match what someone of your age, location, etc. charges.
4) Get active on your local TER board, posting your availability weekly.
5) Keep active on your local TER board, and become known to everybody on the board.
6) Advertise on other sites, like eros, etc.
