how to add a review to existing provider?

I have consulted TER for years but never attempted to write a review so far as I had nothing to add to those of others.
Past weekend, though, I had a bad experience with a provider and would like to add a review in order to warn others about the provider.

However, I cannot figure out how to add a review to a listed provider. All I find is a page that requires me to enter all the provider's data from scratch, without even being able to add her TER ID.

I hope I don't have to become a VIP member to do that? Even if I do - it would be nice if this would be more obvious without having to search for help all around like here.

You do have to fill out the complete form even though the information you add to the form will not change her page on the review site.

To change the information on her page you have to file a problem report.

However, your new review will have the ratings that you want to give her plus the juicy (or in your case, not so juicy) details that you want to share.

Sometimes TER will take a hard look at a review that is at odds with other reviews the provider has, but if you state your case clearly and honestly you should be able to get it posted.

VIP is not required to post a review, in fact, posting reviews gets you VIP status for a couple of weeks when you have posted two reviews.

It's very frustrating, but it's the nature of the beast. Make sure you get the websites correct too, or the review will be kicked back. I recommend having TWO TER screens open-- one for her profile, and one for your new review. Copy most of the profile verbatim and enter it on a new review. Then change the areas you feel need changing, and write your review. It may take a day or 2 to get approved.
