I'm new to this but NOT new to this How do I, as a provider get started? I mean how do you GET reviews when no one will see you unless you ALREADY have reviews? ANY suggestions or comments would greatly appreciated.

Go ahead and start advertising in your Regional Ad Boards. Whichever city and/or state that you make it your Regional Board, start your ad there.

Explain in brief sentences that you are new to TER, but not new to the provider business.

If you have any kinds of reviews from any website, go ahead and put the link to those reviews if you can. Be careful NOT to mention those website's name as TER has a policy against mentioning a competting website name.

You may even consider giving a discount to a TER hobbyist if he mentions that he saw your ad on TER.

verified on p411. Many clients will still see providers from there without any reviews, so it's worth a shot. If that does not work, give a few months to a REPUTABLE AGENCY that won't take half of your earnings. Once you get reviews from the agency you will have a profile with them, and then you can request to have your reviews switched to an indy profile when you go indy. You can also find a provider kind enough to maybe do doubles with you or show you the ropes...kind of like letting her screen for you and book your calls. This is a much cheaper and easier route than going all out agency and I know plenty of girls who do it. You can either pay the booker per call or per day. You can email me if you want a more in depth answer, because there are things I prefer to keep on the down low lol.

2 are fakes but I digress...... I had no problem getting phone calls, emails or PM's because I was new.  

They're going to come as long as you "do your job" .....if nothing is happening for you  quick enough in receiving reviews in your hometown try traveling.  In your ads maybe throw in reviewers are encouraged to contact  you etc.
