I  was established in this field several years back but worked for an agency so getting started didn't seem to be such an  issue but I have taken a break for some time and am now attempting to make it as an independent but finding it to be a bit of a catch 22 because clients seem to be looking for girls with good reviews but how do you develop reviews if no one chooses to see you who is a hobbyist? I have met several nice gentleman but not any who are interested in being involved in the world of reviews. I did see one gentleman and we had a wonderful time and he wrote me a very nice review but apparently he doesn't write enough reviews to be valued as any substance. P411 has been impossible to get accepted so far which has also made things difficult. Any advice on my ads, website or how to attract reviews would be greatly appreciated!
thanks!
Madison

The one review you have is pretty good. The reviewer has 4 recent reviews and seems credible to me (after a quick read).
.
You're posting to the Local Ad Boards, so there goes my first suggestion! (TER guys already know about TER and don't have to be educated.)
.
You've got ads (Eros, etc.).
.
Do you have an old profile under your former agency name?  Are you using the same name? If you can find your old reviews, AND IF you want to incorporate those reviews into your current profile, AND IF you can convince TER that current-You is the same as the former-You, THEN  maybe you get TER to combine the Profiles and reap the benefit of those older reviews.  (What is your former name and agency?)
.
You could consider a promotion or discount to get more TER guys into your lair. You cannot barter a discount for a review but at least TER clients are more likely to review than those who have never heard of TER. I think it's OK to offer the discount to "established TER members" or some such wording to try to limit it to those with reviews or recent reviews.
.
Promotions should have a time limit and should not be open ended "does not expire" promos. If you not show an expiration date, clients will ASSUME it does not expire. "Oh, I'll wait until next month. The discount will still be good. ... WHAT?? No discount? But it was right there in your ad!"
November Special: Discount for established TER members, -$.
December Special: Discount for established TER members, - $.
And so on until you've reached your goal.

Thank you so much for all of your feedback and I will definitely take your advice!  P411 did not feel that the reviewer was credible enough and would not except him as experienced enough. They are very tough which I suppose is a good thing but proving to be quite frustrating to me lol

A p411 client can invite you (I think he needs at least 5 okays.)  Plus he could write a TER review.

Not sure how you'd track down a p411 guy except by their public admission (I am one with more than 5 but not in our area, sorry. :-)

I appreciate all advice. Thank you. XO

I am new to TER but not the business. Currently I'm on P411 and Humaniplex but thus far need to get established here.  The above poster had some good ideas that I've not yet done here on TER (local ad) so I'll get started on that.

There has been some good advice offered on here so hopefully it helps out for you aswell. I did receive a response which was a bit brutal but very honest and made sense but unfortunately I can’t find it now😕

suggestion would be to get active on TER. After you have read the TER Instruction Manual found at the top of this board, you should go and post an ad on your regional ad board incorporating whatever discount you might want to give. You are permitted one ad every 7 days.

Also, begin reading your regional discussion board and contributing when you have something worthwhile to add. When you respond to a post you can include a link to your ad/webiste. This helps get your name out there and once hobbyists know you exist in hobbyland, you will begin to review requests for dates.

Good luck.
