I had my first ever session ever and it went terrific, it was pretty great but not just because of the sensual side, which was literally the best ever, but the conversation was also really there as well. Are you thinking steak dinner because it's what you like, or what she likes? If you don't know what kind of food she likes, find out before you get to the steak place and find out she's vegan. 
75% of the time that I dine out at a nice place, the gal orders steak and I order fish (I like to keep my stomach light for obvious reasons.) Of course, the waiter always brings her steak to me and my fish to her. There should be a word for that phenomenon.

plan for dessert you can share in bed, with some wine, expensive champagne is always good. If you have a conversation connection , you might be surprised how much time you can spend in bed, naked, talking and sipping wine between courses, so to speak.
