Appropriate level of detail

So... I know that the issue of writing a review has been discussed to death, but I was wondering if here in the newbie board, some providers wouldn't might posting small sections of the juicy details of their own reviews that they like and find appropriate. Doesn't have to be the whole juicy details section, just a portion. Most of us that are new, don't have VIP and therefore have never seen what juicy details looks like. Having never read any juicy details, I at least, have no sense of what a good review looks like.

My trouble, is that I am quite a wordy bastard. I will use EVERY character allowable and in the end it will probably read like a romance novel. Side note: I wrote erotic fiction in High School and College. Was REALLY good at it too.

I have a review that I've not posted to TER, that I penned for a provider that I thoroughly enjoyed. Now, I figured that since I don't know any better and I'd rather not embarrass her, I told her I was writing a review and I sent her a copy. Pending her approval, I'll post it. The review is absolutely glowing, I really don't have a negative thing to say about her, but I am quite explicit and graphic. Maybe I included too much detail?

Would be helpful to have a sample of a decent review to go by. I've searched, but not been able to find anything.

Thanks.

This is the newbie board and we are supposed to be nice, and I guess as the host of the newbie board I'm supposed to be extra nice, so sorry if this comes off as mean but, I don't get how people can pay hundreds of dollars for an hour with an escort but are too cheap to pay 30 bucks for VIP membership? VIP is well worth the investment, ESPECIALLY for newbies.

Besides that, TER does not take too kindly to people posting juicy details of reviews on public boards. That can get someone moderated or put on a posting timeout.  There is a reason the juicy details are behind the VIP wall. Why should some VIP members post it, for non VIPs to see?
Also, reviews once published, are TER's copywrited material.

I don't follow the M&EL board, but maybe you can make a few edits, post it to the M&EL board and ask for feedback ... or a grade.

Don't expect an A+.

I did not know that was a real thing... and I'm glad it is. Thanks.

... I've done that a few times when the review was positive but I wasn't sure about some details I had included.  In one case the provider asked me to remove one word, and another time the provider suggested a different way of phrasing something that was an improvement over my phrasing.  Otherwise the providers said the reviews were fine.

I don't write "graphic" reviews.  I give enough detail to let the reader know what the session was like and help decide if he/she wants to see the provider or not, and of course enough detail to get published.  Because your review is "quite explicit and graphic", you might want to let the provider read it first.  Some don't mind that level of detail, but from what I've seen and read many don't like it.

That's what I ended up doing. I sent her a copy of the review. Pending her approval I'll post it.

I think she gave me a green light though... Communication is a little unclear because there were multiple subjects that "yeah looks good" could be referring to. I'll double check before I post it.

Personally, I love the detail. Value for the money. If I was paying TER the money for Juicy Details and those details were "slightly upgraded" General Details, I'd be pissed. That and I love erotica (like the rest of the Navy, shit secrets out!)

It's honestly the reason I don't spring for VIP here. I read around and everyone is so unwilling to get graphic in their reviews. I'm concerned that it'll be a waste of money.

I've only seen 2 providers, but I know my personality, and I can imagine that I would want different providers to suit my mood. Sometimes, I'll want an emotional fantasy other times, I'll want a PSE and for her to just drain my balls, or something else. The Juicy Details are the only thing I can see that would let me know if a particular provider is likely to provide that.

So gentlemen... POST THOSE DETAILS... respectfully.

:-)

...graphic but the majority of the reviews I've read are graphic enough and some extremely so. I have found the juicy details to be useful while the general details without more information can be misleading.

You could always get the VIP monthly and cancel before the 30 days is up if you don't find it to be useful. You will get the 30 days you paid for even if you cancel early. It's $30 for a month. Considering the cost of an hour session it's a good investment.
