In my experience there is no distinction between PSE and GFE. I select providers based on what they say they will do and what I want done. If a provider offers PSE/GFE menus for different prices then I pay the price for what I want. Its all sex anyway. When the menu is not clear I ask for a session that includes both. What I really like is the MFS (Marathon fuck session). The MFS lasts a minimum of 2 hours and a max of 5 hours and includes anything the provider and I are ok with.
