What can I do if a lady post in the massage section but her profile says escort/massage. Her last two reviewers said that they wanted full service but didn't get it. Other reviews for this provider mentioned that they had received full service. I know I can't ask for full service before meeting her but I don't want to get there only to find out that full service is not offered. Should I go and ask once I get there for full service and leave if it is not offered or just move on?
then want to leave if her services are not what you want. Often ads do leave us guessing... but 2 reviews with the same outcome... I agree she's changed her menu. You can watch for new reviews but I'd pass... with the review history as it is.
... if reviews and/or ads aren't clear that FS is a standard service, I don't presume it's available. It may be a "YMMV" thing. So if I decide to see that provider, it's with the expectation that it probably won't be FS.
But if it's a small number of reviews that mention FS, it could be wishful thinking vs reality. 
I've found that most of the women who deliver massage and escort services are posting in multiple places, not just the massage section. When I contact them, I mention where I saw their full service ad. I learned this through trial and error. On two separate occasions I've met up with someone who didn't understand which ad I was responding to. In one case, I paid for FS and got the massage (eventually straightened it out); another time I got FS thinking I was headed to a massage. Some days I really want a massage.
