brands or sizes that you like, you should bring them.  Some providers don't trust the condoms clients bring for whatever reason, so you should always be prepared to deal with that if you bring your own.  I've seen advice to bring an extra with you in case you caught up in the ole' "we can only go once because I only have one condom" or the agency provider line of "they only let me give one pop, so they only gave me one condom" line of BS so that you can call the bluff and pull one out; but IMHO, that's a good way to buzzkill a session.

I always provide a variety of condoms.

If a gentleman has a certain condom that he prefers, I don't mind him providing them. However, it is best if they are still sealed in the box. If out of the box, I always check to make sure they are unopened.

Providers almost always have them.  But, best to bring a couple of your own, just in case.  I remember an appt. a couple of years ago where the lady dropped them in the seat my car, and I did not have any.  Thus, no FS that evening, though the lady had no problem with BBBJCIM, fortunately...

Providers normally have them.  Once, on my confirmation call as I was going to my ATF, she asked me to stop & get them.  Since then, I've supplied my own.  I found I prefer the thin ones & as that is the least expense, am willing to buy.  
I always bring 2-3 & just place them on the night table.  If a lady wants to check the sealed packages, she can when I wash up.  Be sure they're stored properly, not in a wallet, glove box or trunk of a heated car.
I've never had a lady question them, but the number is in case we need a replacement or go for seconds.
