Newbie - FAQ

As pointed out, you probably don't have an ID number yet...

but in the off chance that you do have a review, and thus an ID number, go to the Review page and the search reviews page.  Enter something in the filters to identify yourself such as your phone number, email, or website URL.

Then hit enter and if you do have a profile, it will come up.

Your ID number will be up at the top of that.

So, I'm new on here, and have been getting nowhere with contacting "Help" for help on this - I want to:

A) find my provider ID # so I can give it to clients and get reviews
B) add the icon to my website (TER "Help" keeps sending me the link to the code - which is not working on my wix.com site)

Any suggestions that are not just ANOTHER link to https://www.theeroticreview.com/webmasters/TERadBanners.asp would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I can't help you with the TER logo on your site but I can help with your other question. You don't have a TER ID # thus the reason you can't find it. TER will assign you an ID# once you get your first review. When a client submits a review for you he fills out your profile. Once TER approves and posts the review you will have an ID#. A client doesn't need to know your ID# to submit a review for you. He simply leaves that box empty when he submits the review.
.
Place an ad on your TER regional ad board once every seven days. Post a photo daily on the Photo Only Board. Participate in discussions on your TER regional discussion board. This will help get the attention of TER members who are likely to review you once they have seen you.
.
I've placed a link to the Self-Help Center below. Check it out. Read the "Some info for Providers" and "Provider Ad Posting Guidelines" these will help. I then recommend you read the rest of the Self-Help Center information. The Self-Help Center can easily be found by scrolling to the bottom of any page, click on the Site Map link and look for the Self-Help Center link. It can be found other ways as well but this on works no matter where you are on the site.

Others have reported difficulty getting the TER logo on their websites and have reported some workarounds here on Newbie.
.
Something like, save their own image file of the TER logo, include that image file in their webpage and hot link that their Profile ... or something like that.  I hope that someone who has done it can provide better details.
.
You can try the Search button and look for some posts during the past Day Range [365] to [0] days for "logo" or "TER logo" or similar.
.
(I am just posting this to let you know that you aren't the only one with this problem. Just be patient for better help to arrive.)

I'm not all that tech saavy and I had a hard time figuring out how to get the TER logo on my wix site as well...turns out I was not copying the entire link TER sent me...it looks like 2 separate links...and it is...but you have to copy and paste both into the space where you're adding the link...

Hope this helps
