It is not difficult but TER is picky and you have to follow their rules for posting ads. The provider ad posting guidelines can be found in the Self Help Center or the "Instruction Manual" found at the top of this page. I have posted a link here to make it easier for you.  

The very basics are:
One ad per 7 days
Only on your regional board (unless you are touring another city)
If you are touring you must have dates in the subject line.  
You must have a link to another internet ad on an approved site, or a link to your own personal website, which in turn must have a link back to TER.  

See the link below for more specifics. If you have more questions come back here and ask. (I noticed you have been asking questions here over the past few days and that's a good thing. This is the place.) Don't post a question at the bottom of the Provider ad posting guidelines! That's a 7 year old thread, and nobody will reply to you, but unfortunately I noticed newbie providers have been posting there recently.

One last note: you can check under "myTER" for "my board posts" and you should see why your posts were not allowed. Admin will usually give you a reason. If there is no reason, or you don't understand their reason or couldn't figure it out after reading the guidelines, you can always click the "contact us" button and ask them.

...a link to one of these three things in you ad on the Ad board for TER to allow it to show: Provider ad posts must include a link to either your personal website, your TER review profile, or directly to your ad on an escort mall.  

You can check for the reason TER didn't allow your ad posts on the ad board to show. Go to My TER (it's in the dark bar across the top of the page.) Then look in the grey bar just under the dark one. You will find "More" on the right in that grey bar. Click "More". Then click "My Board Posts". A list of your posts will come up. Under the ones TER didn't allow will be a reason.
(You can also find the "My Board Posts" link down the left side of the "My TER" page under the heading "My Quick Links".)

I recommend you read all of the post titled "TER's Instruction Manuel". The Ad posting guidelines I linked to are in that post. It's the first post at the top of this board (Newbie Board). Read all of it. The Discussion Board Guidelines are in that post. They will help you a lot in figuring things out about the boards.

 
One other thing, you are probably moderated since you are new. Every new TER member starts that way. It means TER checks everything you post before they let it show. It takes a while for them sometimes and it holds your posts up.  

 
I noticed something when I looked at you board posts. Two of them are marked as ads but they aren't on the ad board. You only need to click "Provider Ad" when you are posting on the ad board. You shouldn't click that when posting on any other board.  Hope this helps.

So I have to have another website Armand or site to post ads because I've only been on Backpage because of just starting out and making enough money on there I didn't really need to go anywhere else but now I see I can view the clients and everything else with this so I wanted to start going just through here but it's like a possible to start out here

You can only post an AD to the appropriate AD board, not to any DISCUSSION board. As you look along the top of the page, you should see something like:

TER General Boards v Regional Boards v Ad Boards v Top 10 Posters v More v
where v is the drop down menu button.

The General Boards (General, Newbie, Suggestion and Policy, etc.) and Regional Boards (Alabama, New York, Virginia, ...) are DISCUSSION boards and you cannot post ads there.

Under the Ad Boards dropdown, you will see Alabama ADS, New York ADS, Virginia ADS ... Make sure you are choosing the AD board and not the discussion board for your region.

Like anything new to you, there are some difficulties to learn about. Be patient. You'll get it.
