Well, I'm not exactly a newbie but still have concerns on this.
I obviously enjoy appointment without going to the islands, but sometimes I love to meet a lady offering it.
Reviews are not always perfect on this, sometimes is obvious the lady is always ready, sometimes not. Once it happened to find a TER profile saying "Greek: yes" for a provider, arranged an appointment and she said she never offers greek (I'm average by the way).
So the point is: is it better to always talk about this before the appointment? And eventually, only after being screened?
Thanks for any advice

even if she has screened you.  It should only be discussed BCD.   However, since gals need time to prepare (If they are doing it right.) and so that would put the kibosh on it.  You could arrange it for the next meeting, however.

If a gal has something on her website about it, however, you could say something like you want to book for the upscale session, or words to that effect.   She will catch on, I'm sure.

An upscale session, preferably somewhere in the Mediterranean.

...I wouldn't specifically ask about Anal, but I'd ask if there's anything in her profile that is listed as "Yes" but should be "No" or "YMMV."

I would wait until I was screened and if it's something that's absolutely a deal-breaker, I'd mention it before the appointment.  Otherwise, I'd see her and mention it for a future date.

if i am in the mood for Greek..i only see the girls who explicitly offer it on their website for an additional charge..that way we both know exactly what to expect..it simply takes all the guessing out of the equation..

This certainly is a good call.
Unfortunately it leaves doubts if the lady doesn't give specific hints.
Thanks to all anyway

I do not partake, hence no direct experience, so this is more of a Q. I know that someone needs notice ahead of time to make souvlaki because the meats need to be marinated for several hours. You can't just show up with a piece of raw meat and say, "Here, souvlaki THIS, please!" Good preparation is a must.
.
Is it OK to ask something like, "Do you need to prepare ahead of time for certain things?" or "Are you always prepared for 'everything' or do you prefer prior notice for some things?" or some other way to let her know that your interests are leaning in a certain directions?0
.
I have read reviews where someone shows up but reports, "Even though it is on her menu, she requires 24 hours notice to properly prepare ... " and stuff like that.

geez, I'd think a few enemas to clear the zone of its usual occupants would take an hour or two max (gotta make sure any liquids migrating further in find their way out to keep a naturally messy place temporarily sanitary-ish).  Or, max max, a dose of the salts to clear the whole GI tract takes like 6 hours, max 12....Though that's a dedicated provider who wants to do the same prep for a 6 to 9 inch colon exploration with a tool lacking in sense of sight (or taste and smell)  as for a 4 foot colonoscopy camera scope.

OUCH!!! enemas feel like the worst case of diarrhea you've ever had. Even right after you "evacuate," the cramping continues for several minutes... right after taking an enema, sometimes I've just literally been doubled up for up to 15 minutes (it still hurts after that, but I can at least travel within a 5-second-sprint radius of the toilet).

The salts make it even WORSE. They BURN LIKE HELL, especially when more than one enema is taken within a 1-4-hour period.

So after that process, try sticking a butt plug or a penis up there... I'd love to see the look on your face if you ever do. EASY??!!

Some guys who have only experienced Greek through p4p (and porn) really need to get a clue. SMH

Modified to say:
The 24 hours is for diet modification. Would you like to try your luck with someone who's eaten tons of fiber the day before, or who had a really big meal (with jalapenos and lots of broccoli and other smelly, fibrous veggies) late at night the day before your appt???

Gosh, THINK, dude!!! SMH again

No I have not.  Wow, who knew? No wonder offering Greek is such a specialty... knew it was naturally an exit not an entrance and that there would be painal issues for newbies, but 24 hours of diet modification, cramping, burning?
Surprised that any women do that, and wonder how dudes who play for the other team and reportedly have massive promiscuity can keep up with it.   Admitting my whole knowledge was from seeing some QA session with Sasha Grey who made it all sound no biggie, a few enemas, easy peasy.

That intense pain you get during... um.. intestinal distress? That's what an enama makes you feel like. Generally, it does go away several minutes after you "evacuate" although sometimes you do have to stay near a toilet for a bit. I personally find the prep much more uncomfortable than the act itself.

The burning only occurs when you use a saline enema (Fleet enemas, for example). For Greek preparation, you're actually supposed to dump the solution, and re-fill with water. If you don't, your ass will feel like a jalapeno makes your mouth feel, and that feeling doesn't go away for a few hours. I learned that the hard way.

I wonder the same thing about doing a lot of anal... particularly, due to the higher risk for hemorrhoids, rectal prolapse, and incontinence.

So why do people do it? Greek can feel pleasurable for the receiving partner. There are a lot of nerve endings in that area, and it's a known erogenous zone. (Note: those same nerve endings also make the recipient potentially more sensitive to pain). Guys also have the prostate, which is supposed to be like the female G-spot. And providers do get higher reviews scores for providing Greek, which is a strong incentive for some.

The thing is, we providers are supposed to make things seem fun and easy. If we b**ch about how much the prep sucked, how much Greek can hurt if not done correctly, etc... that's a total boner killer. For the same reason, if I take a long trip to see a client... I won't tell him how much the traffic sucked, how sick I got of driving, etc. I'll tell him how happy I am to finally see this part of the state. I'll tell him how nice the views on the highway were (even if I only got to spend so much time looking at the view because traffic was bumper-to-bumper for 2 hours). I'll tell him how happy I am to see him, how honored I am that he made the effort to plan our meeting. Etc., etc. And I'll also make an effort to relax, forget the stress of my drive, and put myself in a good-time type of mindset. The important thing is to make your client feel happy and appreciated. If I can't do that, he certainly won't have fun.

If it's important to you then ask discreetly using ideas that were given. I do a lot of Greek and while a few providers just go with the session without prep, most of us do extensive prep.

I've had guys want to upgrade to Greek mid session and I'm like ummm if your okay with the potential consequences lol

And as someone mentioned many do 24 hour diet modification, take antidiareal meds as well as extensive enemas (hence why we charge extra regardless of whether we enjoy it out not)
It can get pretty labor intensive.....

So yes always make it known!

Last check-up was several years ago. And some flavoring to the PEG and it's not so bad.

I have booked with certain providers specifically because they both advertise Greek and have reviews stating the session included Greek.  Monica Del Fiore comes to mind, obviously I am a tit man, and Greek was supposedly on her menu.  Drove up to see her, physical appearance was everything I had imagined, got into the session then I asked to visit the Isles, she objected saying I was too big.  It's sort of a damned if you do damned if you don't in that regard.  Some providers are open to discussing menu options, and some aren't.  Best to book with those who specialize in this option.  I wouldn't advise adding the extra funds initially just to be told no.  Once you are both butt naked and she has jr rock hard and can estimate if she can take him in the backdoor is another option.
