Do you guys think it is advisable to do an incall on a first rendez-vous? Normally the advice I get is to do an outcall the first time to make sure its legit. But what if the girl posts a preferred411 link and has tons of reviews on this site? Do you think at that point its pretty much legit and I can do an incall the first time around without getting into trouble? Just a little bit sketched out about that. Thanks
If she has a ton of reviews through TER (and the reviews are from established hobbyists) you are fine to see her at her place.
But at the end of the day, hobbying is all about doing what is in your best interest. If you are more comfortable seeing a lady for a first time at your place, then that's what you should do. The best way to enjoy a long and established hobbying career is to go with YOUR gut/mind (not someone else's advice). If you speak to 100 hobbyists, they all will have different levels of risk aversion. So listen to what they have to say, but do what you feel is right.
...there was confusion. Many here (I am one of them) want in call for the first appointment. Out call (her coming to you) if it's at your residence isn't recommended. Though if you are in a hotel and she comes to you that's fine.
You should be fine considering the provider is on P411 and has a lot of reviews here.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to tell from a P411 profile and enough TER reviews to know she's legit. Use your own threshold how many reviews you want to see first or what rating numbers you want. Hell, even PM past reviewers to get even more information.
Plus, as I've stated before, I'd rather go to her incall location. It's always set up more romantic and sensual and really helps me get in the mood. If we were at my place, then it's the same damn mess that I see everyday, and that spot on my bed right over there is where I jerked off the night before anticipating the appointment. Who wants to be reminded of that? 
Personally, I prefer incalls. I'd rather she be comfortable in her surroundings, as opposed to coming into a stranger's house. Besides, my living situation will not permit me to do outcalls where I live, I'd have to rent a room. Why do that, if she has a place to meet me?
The lady you describe seems pretty safe from what you say about her.

I as well prefer incall to outcall. I am not sure where outcall equals legit you got this from. Some ladies only offer incall and others only outcall. Plus incall at one of the agencies I like they have awesome condos we get to hangout in. A majority of providers charge more for outcall.
80% have been outcall 20% incall... my problem with incall is location. Typically (unless I am doing it wrong... ) you don't find out where they are hosting until after the plans are set. If the place is a short time hotel or one I wouldn't stay at in the regular world it makes things difficult and I don't want to cancel or go to a place that makes me uncomfortable ... so it sucks...
