There is some douchebag trying to make appointments with women claiming to be me. He reached out to someone I communicated with online but never reviewed, so he assumed she didn't know me. And, this isn't the first time.
I've known of 2 other women in the past who thought they had seen me. One I didn't know at all and one I chatted with on Twitter. I thought she was just got mixed up, but now I think maybe she did see someone who said they were me.
Ladies, please, if someone uses a TER account as part of their verification, make sure they DM you from the account.
And if someone has called you recently, claiming to be me, I guarantee that it wasn't.
This guy tried to do the same with me, I had to ask him to send a DM from his account. He then caught an attitude and told me he does not have time to waste with me.
All I could do was laugh !
I think it's very important to check with DM like you said.
Anyone can pretend to be a reviewer just by reading their reviews.
