man enough to fight their battles in the open. Why don't you post under your username when attacking them? Whenever me or other true men attack people on principle, we use our usernames. The example that you used is asinine, any time that good service is provided, a premium price is paid. If you go to a auto repair shop that has a reputation for excellent service, you are going to pay a fair price for that service and end up in a wait queue. The same applies for an exceptional resturant. Why should the ladies that make it a point to be good as escorts expect different treatment? If you want sex for a paltry fee, go to the nearest street corner, that action should be about your speed. I am sorry that other people on this board have to witness this post, but I relish splattering people like you.

I don't get it.  It's a free market.  There are plenty of options at all prices.  Why is everyone always complaining about rates?

As I said in my post on the next page which I did not get to put up until I returned from vacation, there are reasons to encourage providers to charge what they are worth.   This is an extremely "personal" service, and some of us get friendly with the providers.  I would tell any friend that he/she is undercharging for a service when that happens, which, admittedly, does not happen often with other services.  

But we are the clients, and we have the money to indulge in this hobby.   We should help and support the providers we like.

I understand that some of us would rather get a bargain, but I just do not agree.  Those who feel that a provider is charging too much should find someone else--there are many available.
