if your SO's equipment is large and fine, leave it! (btw, this is my opinion regarding female bits and pieces as well) Experiment with safer items... like role play, food, etc.

Penis pumps have never been documented to reap long term benefits... and I imagine, with my limited understanding of anatomy, that if you stretch the blood vessels within the penis in order to make it bigger, you will inevitably damage said vessels.
