Man, that sucks...
All you need to do is send an email to "[email protected]" and put "911" as your subject. Tell them what's going on and that someone is harrassing you. They will then remove the post and attempt to block the loser's IP address to keep him from posting again. Unfortunately, if whoever is doing it is using dial-up, it is hard to keep them from reposting.
Trust me, I know. One day I had to have 7 bullshit posts about myself removed. Hope this helps!

For that particular ad, you can ask folks to flag it as 'prohibited', and it will get removed.  However, that will not stop them from immediately posting another one.. such is craigslist.

The long term would probably involve some combination of ordering one, PI's, finding their real identity, lawyers, threatening letters, and lawsuits.

Also, if you search on 'escort porn' in that same category, you'll see this person is doing the same thing to at least one other escort in the area, though I don't recognize the picture.

Not sure what can be done if it's not copyrighted in any way and has been downloaded from the net. Is that considered theft or entrepreneurship? I'm sure one of our resident lawyers will have an opinion or two to offer.
