Can't make this one up

Second  one hour appointment with a well reviewed provider. Arrive on time and we get comfortable and engage.. About 35 minutes into the appointment after finishing, I get up with cover on to clean up in the bathroom. To our shock, the bathroom door is locked. She immediately calls hotel maintenance to open the door and tells me  I need to leave ( in a nice apologetic way). Reminds me to leave the donation.  Standing butt naked, with the cover hanging off, no way to wash up.. Get dressed and out the door

Her next appointment was coming 15 minutes after our scheduled session was to end. I left the full donation and left. She texted back a few minutes later apologizing...

When I saw her the first time, 55 minutes into our appointment, she was pushing me out the door. She is an agency gal and goes on to tell me that they schedule her back to back. We agreed the next time we met, she would leave a few (not many) minutes in between, just so I am not rushed..

Things happen, I get it.... Just having second thoughts about leaving the full donation. Paid for an hour and disappointed.
I have never cheated anyone out of a donation- Just angry and humiliated. Guess I can laugh about it too.... Some may suggest to schedule another appointment and have her offer some free time.. Not going to see her again..

It's easy to say that I would have only given her half the donation since you only got half a session, but if you "finish" and it's only an hour session, is it really worth making a scene over a couple of hundred bucks or less?

I see you having a couple of things you can do now. One is to name her and her agency right here and let everyone know about their lousy business practices, the second of course is to write a review and pull no punches. The third is to contact the agency, explain to them what happened and try to "work it out" with them. If they are non responsive, there is no reason why you can't both name her here AND write a bad, but truthful review.

and yes, her treatment of you sucked. It's pretty obvious she wanted to get maintenance up there as fast as possible so she wouldn't have to cancel her next appointment, most likely scheduled back to back as before.

Yes, the bathroom door was not a foreseeable problem, but - when an agency lady is holed up in a hotel with a day of back to back appointments - things are bound to go wrong somewhere along the way.  Hotel issues...client transportation issues...female physiological issues...life happens and its unlikely that every appointment is going to go as planned.

Maybe you could stick with independents?  We usually have the luxury of time to enjoy unrushed appointments and solve any unexpected problems that arise.

Did you shower when you got there or never use the bathroom?  It's entirely possible she had someone else in the bathroom. A pimp or doubles partner.  Calling maintenance could have been a fakeout.

There was someone in there.  Her name was Michelle...the infamous one from back in the day.  :) :)

I also would have been pissed. And she needed to offer you a discount. xo

If he is well known to the agency management he should talk to them.  When I had an issue with a girl, I spoke to the owner/manager and she took $100 off my next session.

Of course most likely he doesn't have the option to contact the girl directly even if he wanted to, as it's unlikely that he has her contact info, and if he is unhappy as he sounds (rightfully so) why would he want to give the same girl a third chance to disappoint him?

If the agency has a decent attitude about customer service, they can and will make it up to him, but with a different girl.

It sounds like somebody somehow messed up the lock on the BR door and got locked out?  I'm not pointing fingers or other body parts at anyone, but I wouldn't want the agency to say, "You broke it? You pay for it (by forfeiting the remainder of your time)."
.
I would just tell the agency that there was a problem with the room and hotel maintenance had to attend to it so I had no choice but to leave after only 30 min.
.
A better approach might have been to complete the hour and ask the agency to explain to the next client that there is a problem with the room requiring hotel maintenance, would you mind rescheduling when the problem is fixed (and offer a discount to that guy?).

First off "he" never got the option to "complete the hour" which is on her, that is what she "should have done" but she didn't

Secondly, do you really think she hasn't already told her boss what happened, most likely spinning the story in her favor? Personally I would tell the agency EXACTLY what happened and tell them how dissatisfied I was with the treatment. You say "no need for all the details" I say the details are very important.

It's quite obvious the girl didn't give two shits about him since he had already paid her, she was worried about missing out on the money from the next guy due to show up a half an hour later because she wouldn't be able to keep the appointment if hotel maintenance was still "on the way".  Personally, I'd be pissed and it's up to the agency to make it right with him since it's plain that she has no intentions of ever doing so.

Lastly, if the agency won't "make it right" I strongly recommend "naming names" and plastering it all over the board, naming both her and the agency for all to see.

I'd have called the agency with my complaint and try to work out a mutually agreeable arrangement. You can't expect her to do anything about it.
