The Affina at 30th st and 7th ave has suites with a kitchenette for 225 . It is like an apartment.

The price is relative.

BTW, let's use our heads here.  Do not discuss specific locations in this forum.  PM is appropriate.

it is an easy way to look at rates for 10 hotels in one area quickly.  but, make sure you call the hotel & check bfr you book bc they may have rooms avail when expedia says they dont and they may have them for cheaper.

priceline is definitely  cheaper.  i almost booked a 4 star in midtown east for 169 last wk, but was worried it would be one of the w's where you have to do the keycard thing in the elevator.

i've stayed at the other affinia on 50th. Three and a half stars.  They also have reasonable suites and i hear they have half day rates.  But, i  had horrible cell phone reception.  calls would go straight to vm without ringing on my end or even go to a this subscriber is unavailable msg w/o voicemail.  a real nightmare.

there are so many little things its a good idea to check with a nyc provider bfr you book.  will send u an email when i have a chance.

i will look though all the sites.
