Lord knows ho wmany times I have emailed this agency and I never get a response. Bizzare. I really prefer an initial email to check availability so that I don;t waste time on the phone. When I go to NYC I always end up with a non-BDJ provider because I get a response while BDJ remains silent. Can't be on some sort of black list because I;ve never used them before. Not complaining per se, just curious if other people have the same experience. The BDJ women sound fantastic.

From my limited experience, they do not respond to e-mails or appointment requests on line. I'm like you, I prefer to do things through e-mail or on line to the greatest extent possible.
