Lately, there has been a scam going on with different variations, but it has been done all over. In DC, in NYC, in LA and so on. Before this spreads like a plague and we suffer huge losses and go thru scary plots, we need to put ourselves together and STOP these guys.

This is a post done at the National Board:

I WENT TO A HOTEL TO MEET A YOUNG LADY BY OHARE...I MET A GUY ON THE THIRD FLOOR, HE SAID HE NEEDED MY ID AND THE $250. HE THEN SAID GO TO ROOM 915. HE WOULDN'T GIVE MY ID BACK AND SAID IT WOULD BE RETURNED AFTER I MET THE GIRL. I STARTED WALKING TO THE ROOM AND KNOCKED WITH NO ANSWER. I THEN CALLED THE # AGAIN. THE GUY ANSWERED AND SAID HE WAS SGT. SOMETHING WITH THE IL. STATE POLICE AND I WOULD GET MY LICENSE BACK IN THE MAIL WITH A TICKET FOR SOLICITATION. HE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO TELL MY STORY TO THE JUDGE! HELP! IS THIS LEGIT? I THOUGHT THEY ARRESTED YOU FOR THIS KIND OF STUFF??? SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!

As you can see, there are scam artists stopping guys at the hotel hallways, parking lots, elevators and lobbies asking for the girls money and, in this case, they even asked for the guys ID claiming to be LE.

These guys have all printed, the girl or agency website, they know the girls name and which room she is in (they were that non show guy early in the morning who knows your hotel & room number).
They even have "receipts" to give out so you can show the girl that you already paid her fee.

Please do NOT believe and trust ANY guy stopping you anywhere on your way to visit a lady.

These scumbags are robbing hobbiests agencies and girls alike, with the most gullible excuses...they claim to be the bodyguards, the agency drivers, even the LE.

If you EVER get stopped, before you hand anything out, call the girl you have an appointment with or the agency to verify IF they actually have someone collecting their fee.

To the agency and girls working everywhere, please tell your clients that NO ONE is authorized to collect your fee anywhere.

This is the only way to stop these scums to rob us blind. Do NOT trust anyone until you verify if is indeed the guy (or girl) is legit.
