Make sure you don't have caller ID block and willing to give out some personal info, i.e. home address and phone number.

i was having some trouble with that too. when i called in they insisted on me giving them a non-cellphone number that was registered in my name. my phone number is unlisted, so i said i didn't have one and the lady got all rude on me.
